Scheduling Appointments

Clients are seen by appointment only. Appointments are scheduled online through the Schedule an Appointment menu option on the website. New clients must schedule online so that appropriate forms can be filled out.

Canceling/Rescheduling Appointments

Appointments can be cancelled and rescheduled online by clicking the link in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails. While at least 24-hours notice is preferred, you can cancel up to 16 hours before your scheduled appointment. There is no charge for cancelled appointments as long as the cancellation is completed at least 16 hours before the appointment. If you are unable to cancel the appointment yourself, please text 314-501-0241 to request the cancellation.

No-show appointments and late cancellations: 1st occurrence half the scheduled appointment fee is charged. All no-shows and late cancellations after the first occurrence are charged the full fee for the scheduled appointment. Chronic late cancellations and no-shows will result in no longer being allowed to schedule services with Balanced Body Wellness.

Late Arrivals

The best time to arrive is about 5-10 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment. This allows time for greetings and going over what you need from your time with me. If you arrive late for your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled time and still be charged the fee for the originally scheduled length of time.

Payment and Gratuity

Payments accepted include debit/credit cards, cash (exact change), Tap-to-Pay, Venmo and Cash App.

Payments can be made online when scheduling the appointment, in person with me at the time of the appointment or via the online portal through the link in your appointment confirmation and reminder emails. Credit/debit card and Tap-to-Pay payments are processed securely via Stripe.

For Venmo payments, the business account is @bbodywell and my personal account is @deburrito. My Cash App user name is $deburritoH.

Gratuity is never required or expected. I do not ask for it at payment time but I will accept if you choose to add it. If you would like to add anything to the amount due, let me know before I process your payment and you will have the option to add a custom amount.

Client Conduct

I am a licensed healthcare worker and provide health and wellness services. No sexual conversation, innuendo, undraping of the body or inappropriate touch will be tolerated.
