I have been helping clients feel better with the power of massage therapy since 2004. I am a problem solver, always trying to understand why the problem is occurring and how it can be corrected. I absolutely love the work I do.
I have experienced pain, inflammation and injury so I understand how debilitating they can be. I am passionate about helping clients overcome these issues and achieve a greater quality of life.
My favorite activities include gardening, cooking, hiking, discovering delicious food, travel and, most importantly, being a mother to my two children (and 3 dogs). I spend a lot of time on soccer fields and at music performances, cheering on my kids.
Office Location
Balanced Body Wellness llc is located in the heart of Crestwood, MO, inside the Crestwood Medical Buildings. Crestwood Medical consists of two buildings, North (facing Watson Rd) and South (on Sturdy Dr). Balanced Body Wellness llc is located on the lower level of the South building. There is an elevator available to access the lower level. Parking is easiest at the back side of the building. The back side entrance also does not have any stairs.
Note: Don’t get confused- there is another business called Balanced Body Weight Loss & Wellness located on the main level of the North building!
