Customized massage therapy and bodywork sessions focused on reducing your pain, increasing your mobility and improving your overall life quality.

Sessions include a combination of techniques, based on your particular issues, needs and preferences. The techniques used may include: therapeutic massage, Swedish (relaxation) massage, sports or deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, assisted stretching, passive stretching, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, myofascial decompression cupping, muscle scraping and breathwork.

Services are provided by Deborah Hernandez, a Missouri state licensed massage therapist since 2004, in a beautiful, relaxing office setting located in Crestwood (St. Louis County), MO.

First-time clients are asked to fill out a health intake form when scheduling an appointment so that the most appropriate care can be provided based on current issues/complaints and any medical conditions, past or present. All appointment scheduling is done through the online scheduling system.
