Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork
Sessions are completely customized to each individual and include various methods such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, active release techniques, passive stretching, active stretching, lymphatic drainage, cupping, breathwork and energy work. I have been taming muscles and soft tissue as a licensed massage therapist since 2005 and know how to do it well. Bodywork/massage therapy is available to those in the St. Louis, MO, area.

Massage therapy/Bodywork rates are $80/hour.
*Most HSA and FSA accounts can be used to pay for massage therapy/bodywork sessions!
